  • Items must be returned in original packaging, including accessories, manuals, invoices, and warranty cards

  • Products showing signs of use, physical damage, or missing components may not be eligible for a refund

  • Certain items such as software, digital products, earphones, headphones, and hygiene-sensitive items are non-returnable once opened


2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Share your order number, product details, and reason for return

  • Once approved, we will provide return instructions or arrange a pickup (where available)

  • Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid transit damage


3. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified regarding the approval or rejection of your refund

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

  • Shipping charges, COD fees, or convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable

  • If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, return shipping costs will be borne by us


4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Share clear images or an unboxing video as proof

  • Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund after verification


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Downloadable software or digital products

  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened

  • Products purchased during clearance sales, special offers, or “final sale” events
